Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-saleable condition.

• Customised or personalised items (e.g. baubles, Santa sacks, wedding signage) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refund process

• Email us at craftylittlecrew@gmail.com with your order number.

• Once approved, return shipping is at the buyer’s cost (unless the item is faulty).

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
